Community Call on Jakarta Release Process?

Dmitry indicated that his team is planning 4-5 Plan Reviews. He would like to have an open discussion for the teams that are planning releases. Question and answer type of format.

Still need a general direction for Jakarta EE 10. Items like which Java runtime will be the minimum — Java SE 8, Java SE 11, Java SE 17? Need some basic direction to help with defining the content of the release. This is something for the Platform call agenda.
