As sometimes happens, a change of mind occurred *after* the send
button was pressed :)

What about

MUST   :  resolved/fixed == green else salmon pink
SHOULD :  resolved/fixed == green ; resolved/* == yellow ; unresolved  
== salmon pink

So the pink is a harder reminder to go address the bug and
take action. Who could suffer looking at that page if it
was mostly salmon pink? Yellow is 'this SHOULD has been
considered by the project and they've decided to bother,
ergo caveat downloador'.
