I reckon we all have different experiences - there is no silver
bullet, as anyone with any maturity in this industry will realize.
Also, developers like stuff that empowers developers, those
who are considered managers don't want stuff that empowers
developers, so the audience differs.

Paired keynoting is out of the picture - dilutes the play completely
- a panel is the place for that kind of interaction. Would you consider
playing that particular role in a panel on software craftsmanship?
