+1 on Mala since enterprise deployment of Eclipse is one of the hot topics of the day and the best source of new investment in Eclipse going forward IMHO.

+1 for Uncle Bob. Been following him on twitter. Definitely a source of spark. It might be nice to bring back Ward Cunningham too.

Might I also suggest Dave Thomas. The Europeans got a good taste of him last year. The NA's could use a good dose too :).
