Thanks for the detailed stack trace - as you can see gdavis has also 
found this same problem. I was able to fix it today - and he has 
confirmed it works.

The problem occurs for any file that has a space in its pathname - such 
as "C:\Documents and Settings\Graham\Hurricane Ike\Pre".
As a work around you can move your images; I will try and release and 
SDK with this fix sometime this week.
