P.S. Dealing with hotels and their idiotic reservation systems is a complete pain in the rear: for some reason, customer service and ease of use are not things they are big on. It's taken me four years of yelling at the General Manager down there to get their reservation system to show other prices when the conference price is full - it used to just say "hotel sold out" when, for example, Wednesday was available, but not at the lower price. Argh! At least that seems to be fixed this year (a small victory).
