This sounds like a very good plan. I will be on holiday right before the planned release (until 12 Feb), but I believe that you will manage to do the 0.14.0 release without me.

Assuming that we regularly need fixes in p2, and that we only want to use p2 milestones, releasing in parallel with the release train milestones should give us the quickest fix to release timing possible. Therefore I think this is a good idea. As Jan proposed, I would only attempt to do this with the 0.15.0 release - with the next release we are probably busy enough with sorting out our new release infrastructure & process at the foundation.
