Try with the Helios update site: http://download.eclipse.org/releases/helios
You should find everything you need on it.

PS: in less than a week, http://download.eclipse.org/releases/indigo will be a more recent alternative.

yes, I am pretty new to plugin. =)
I tried the install the plugins you mentioned. I found the release site under eclipse itself for EMF and GMF. but I didn't find any release site for WST and WTP. is that part of eclipse? but, I still had the problem to install them, like missing requirement.

I wonder if it is required to install a specific version.

For example, 

For EMF SDK, 2.5.0 is the latest release. But there is 2.6.x for stable version under development site.

would 2.5.0 be enough? or should I install whatever latest stable version?

And, I don't need any other plugins like EMF VALIDATION SDK or TRANSACTION SDK?

For GMF, I tried to install 2.2.2.

However, it had error, like missing requirement, dependency conflict.

I attached error log in this email. so,I guess, I installed wrong version?

For WST / WTP XML Editors

I couldn't find release site, but found this url

http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/downloads/drops/R3.2.4/R-3.2.4-20110511033327/

so, I can install whatever latest in this site?
