I was also trying to build from svn trunk.

I was following the instruction from http://wiki.eclipse.org/SCA/SCA_Component/SCA_Build.

I checked out all files from http://dev.eclipse.org/svnroot/soa/org.eclipse.stp.sca-tools/org.eclipse.stp.sca/trunk/ and looked for site.xml file under trunk/update-site, but I don't see the file. is that a sort of main build file to build the plugin?

Is there any other instruction that I can follow to build the plugin by myself?

btw, I'd like to use SCA tools for my research at Univ. of California, Irvine.

Basically, what I am trying to do is, utilize SCA tool to compose the service, however, we want to extend it by adding more quality model to service and validation process after composing the services.

that's why I want to try to build it manually. I am very new to eclipse plugins development.

so, I apologize about my lack of knowledge to build the tool. some question may be too stupid. =)
