SOA IWG Charter has
been approved by Executive Director of Eclipse Foundation -
Call for
Participation email has been sent. Once we have confirmation from the
participants, the IWG will be considered created, and Mike will email the
Membership at Large -
Meeting at ESE o
Wednesday the 28th October, 1pm - 3pm, located
at the Eclipse Summit Europe conference o
Room details will be sent later o
Please extend
invitations to any interested parties that you believe would benefit from
joining the IWG. o
Delegates are welcome if you cannot personally
attend. -

Getting Started
video has been created. o
Donald is working on
final touches to the pages and awaiting final approval from participating
members. o
Plan to move website
as noted in last week’s minutes to eclipse.org/eclipsesoa by the end of
the week. -

structure in place, just need video. o
Links to
participating members – Don will ask each participant directly for text
and links for their organization o
Agreement to use the
URL eclipse.org/eclipsesoa for the IWG page, and we’ll ask
Webmaster for a redirect from eclipsesoa.eclipse.org. -
Creation of working
group o
Group agrees that
the charter as proposed is good to go. o
Will begin process
of launching work group right away, but should have website complete before
final creation step. -
