Packaging o
Goal is to outline what SOA Initiative would
like to have in terms of packaging to begin conversation with EPP. o
Zolt to work with Ian ASAP (we need to get this
ball rolling ASAP, we may be behind already) -
Board meeting took place today on Top Level Project
changes – Mike/Janet are unreachable for a couple days, Don will report
status as soon as it’s available. Here is a proposed (and aggressive) schedule for going from
Proposal to running Working Group: PR Messaging Ready – ·
Press release written and signed by Sept 16th ·
Draft by September 8th Analyst briefings week during August 31, September 7th · Start
contacting Analysts week of August 24th ·
Analyst presentation ready for August 31st -- Includes road map · Try
to schedule Red Monk ‘dry run’ ·
Draft of Presentation needed by August 17th, different than board presentation,
lots of block diagrams Ian to sent
slide titles and Ricco to make first draft of slide deck ASAP (WE ARE
BEHIND ON THIS) Website ready (on track) ·
Ricco sent draft of Site Map on Jul 21, please send feedback by July 24th ·
Donald will be responsible for first drafts of website and then steering
committee will be updating the website High-level roadmap ready (done) · Ian
