[mosquitto-dev] Setting QoS at broker

Hi Team,

I have following flow.

 

Device ---------------[Mqtt PUB] -------------- > Mosquito Broker <-----------------[Mqtt SUB] -------------- Subscriber

 

Here Device sends the Publish request with QoS 0. Can I change this QoS 0 to QoS 1 for each packet in mosquito broker?
