Are you trying to build locally ? Because of the specifics of the Eclipse build machine, the buildfile doesn't contain an external remote repository.

I recommend you add the intalio.org repository just once, run the "buildr artifacts" task, and then remove it. It should download the artifacts you need.

In development, though, we tend to use a .target file in Eclipse, and we rely on the Eclipse update sites to get the stable EMF builds.
