Then, if there are no better ideas, is it ok to change the Jenkins job that publishes pre-releases to copy the /builds/master content both to /updates/v6-test/ and to /pre-releases/x.y.z-yyyymmddhhmmss/, and purge the second entirely after SimRel was changed to point to the final /releases/x.y.z/ ?
