*Many thanks* for your comments. At this moment I have some problems when I try to run uDig so I haven't could test your advices.
Anayway, Must the certificate be installed in the ".keystore" file? I guess not because in order to do it uDig should know the keystore password. I guess I'm missing something :(
(I'm using Debain as OS, Tomcat as server, and generating the certificate by using the command "keytool").
