Sorry, but the WMS is open just towards a specified IP, so just I can use it. I think it should work without any playing with the preferences because it is perfectly working with the release, but not when I try compiling from sources. By the way the image comes in png format. Tomorrow I will playing with the preferences yet, it might be good. Why don't you try playing with the WMS preferences.
