Actually, these aren't dead. Hyades is owned by TPTP, Cobol is still alive
believe it or not :), and EMF and UML2 are very much alive and just haven't
move their project to the modeling repository yet (one of the reasons I
think projects should have their own repositories).

Again, it's up to the owners of the bits to request a move since they need
to assess the impact of it.
