[photran] Fixed-format Fortran 
I am having an issue with the Fortran editor.

I currently am using fixed-format Fortran, however the editor is not recognizing comments beginning with 'C' or '*' in column 1.

I have searched the options and have yet to find an option to turn fixed-format on, but I do see in the Fortran -> Editor -> Syntax preferences that you can select the color for F77 comments.  Am I missing an option somewhere perhaps?
