[photran] Missing "Highlight matching brackets" option

Hi,

I have noticed that in beta2 the matching brackets are not highlighted 
and there is no way to enable it in the preferences dialog. In contrast, 
the C/C++ editor has this option and the old version of photran has it 
too. This again gives me the opportunity to mention the convenience of a 
unified languange independent editor preferences dialog + languange 
dependent dialogs...
