## Oniro at EclipseCon 2022: coordination

Participants: Phil C., Chiara, Dony, Hassan, Clark and Agustin

### EclipseCon 2022

* Confirmation of our activities there.
   * 2 talks confirmed.
   * Agustin is asking Member reps. if we should do the panel.
   * Pidge and Phil are proposing alternatives to the EclipseCon 2022
content committee for their talk.
   * Meeting rooms confirmed.
* Hacker Day.
   * Phil C. provides an overview of what Oniro has done around Hacker Day.
   * Ettore will evaluate if he can join this activity on behalf of Oniro.
   * Hassan describes the news of Hacker Day.
      * IoT architecture proposed:

      * One big room. Participants and winners will get some prizes.
      * There will be a committee that will select the winners. Main
criteria to win: complete the activity successfully. The criteria will
be presented to participants. It will be a simple criteria.
      * Hassan exposes the benefits of participating.
   * SDV, IoT, Sparkplug and Research group will participate.
   * Chiara suggests participating only if we have something relevant to show.
* Community Day
   * Agustin will take over Philippe on the coordination of this activity.
      * To confirm with Frederic the content proposal is good to go.
      * Confirm the people participating in those activities.
* There are still quite some people that should confirm their presence
at the event. Please add your name and travel arragements to the wiki

## SFSCon 2022

Oniro will be sponsoring SFSCon 2022

* Platinum sponsorship
   * It has a simple stand/desk included. Same as last year.
   * Oniro will staff the booth. Huawei crew, Ettore and Agustin will be there.
   * On Saturday morning there is a plan to have an Oniro activity:
Oniro Dev Day
   * Keynote included. Who will do it?
   * Communication and collateral.
