[oniro-wg-marketing] Notes from marketing meeting 2022wk38
|
Hello,
we did not have a formal Oniro Marketing WG Committee meeting due to lack of
quorum (we knew in advance). Took the following notes. Those of you who
attended, please feel free to complement or amend them.
## Participants
Chiara, Clark, Dony, Aurore, Luca T. and Agustin
## Communication activities
We covered the four main remaining marketing activities for the rest of 2022:
* Oniro website
* EclipseCon 2022
* OSXP 2022
* SFSCon 2022
### Oniro website
We will de-scope this activity.
* A new structure will be provided by Chiara.
* Clark will get a new quote with the new structure.
### EclipseCon 2022
We will try to keep the confirmed activities as they are.
We need to confirm the Member representatives participation #task Agustin
Will we participate at the Hacker Day? #task Agustin will talk to Ettore
### OSXP 2022
We face the challenge of having french speaking people at the EF booth talking
about Oniro
### SFSCon 2022
Do we remain interested in sponsoring the event? It seems we are.
We need to figure out our presence there.
## Other points
Our communication activities has as main goal to support the Oniro projects.
We need to better understand the new Oniro Platform Release Roadmap (WIP) and
the set up of the project in the near future to adjust our activities.
In general, when in doubt, we will be very conservative until we have some
clarity on what the future will look like, which will be the subject of the
