[oniro-pmc] Introduction of Cubit Innovation lab developers

Hello Amit,

we have a new member that will be announced tomorrow internally. It is Cubit 
Innovation Lab.

I would like to invite their lead developer to the PMC meeting (last few 
minutes) as a formality so they get to know you guys, they can tell you what 
they do and their expertise and you can point to them in the right direction.

Is this possible? If not, how do you suggest to do this?
