[oniro-pmc] Agenda for Oniro PMC call 
Hi all,

Please find the agenda for the next PMC call.

1. Upgrading more developers to committers because of limitations of permission systems wrt to handling merge requests and automatically running CI for them 
2. Alpha release update from Eclipse
3. Priorities from Eclipse IT and IP teams to do a full practise release before the final release in December
4. Should we allow use of Gitlab pages on a per-repo basis?
