[eclipsecon-na-program-committee] Community voting

Hi,

A quick note to say that community voting is now deployed on the eclipsecon.org/na2016 website. For now, only admins can see it, but we will start to promote it this week and the week after, so it will be active for any logged user very soon. See below a screenshot for the final look. The grey X is to cancel the vote (back to 0 stars). 

The results won't be displayed on the page. Voters will only see their vote.
