[eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] Question on some up-coming cr

There's two dates I'm interested in understanding better (as some have 
asked me about them). 

One is the date by with the authors and abstracts must be final (for 
printing? if not earlier deadlines). 
Some have mentioned they may tweak authorships, and adjust abstracts to be 
better. I told them they could do this after being accepted (hope I told 
them right) but I didn't know when the "last chance for change" would be. 

Second is the date by which accepted authors must respond with their 
"speakers agreement". 

Sorry if these are obvious on the wiki somewhere ... but didn't seem to be 
by the titles of the pages.
