Printing deadline is about a month away from the conference: I don't have the exact date in front of me at the moment, but it's around mid-Feb.

Speaker's agreement: if we are seeing unsigned agreements near the end of January (5 weeks after being accepted), we're going to start asking the authors whether they really are coming or not (and if not we'll be replacing them in the program).
