Sigh, sent this last night but it bounced...

- Good Great job Bjorn, you rock!
I do have some questions/comments however.
I spent some time looking over the entire program and think we need to
review it some more as a group. For example, has the final
company/presenter analysis been done? There appear to be a number of
folks who show up a lot. This is ok if warranted but it would be a
shame if it got through unexplained given the people we are turning
away? Would be good to get a sense of this before pressing the big
button.
Related. Every PC member should scan the entire (entire) list of talks
for duplication and related talks. This year there are a number of
people aggressively proposing talks of different length and in
different categories and perhaps slightly different content. I found
several just looking from my little part of the world so expect others
have found or will find similar things.
Should we accept both 401 and 402. A long and short (10
min) talk on OSGi Blueprint services, the same topic by the same
presenter. The abstract for the short even says that it is a teaser
for the long talk. Not sure we have time in the schedule for teasers.
Mylyn is cool but there appears to be some repeated (or very similar)
content

This presenter (David Green) appears to have submitted a very similar
talk in three different categories.
Groovy is, well, groovy but is this

an appropriate 1 hour talk for EclipseCon given all the other Eclipse
content that is being declined?
There appears to duplication in the RAP UI testing talks in different
categories. One is in as a 30 min and one is 10 min. We likely should
not do both.

There are a lot of talks from the MOTODEV guys in many different
categories. Someone with expertise in this area should review to see
if there are duplicates etc.
Just a speaker comment:

Tatanya Staver gave a talk at the NYC Banking day and it was absolutely
horrible. I don't know Alexey but Tatanya is listed
as second presenter here and if she ends up presenting I have little
confidence in the talk being good. Coaching may be required.
Overall however, I am stunned by the amazing array and quality of talks.

I'm happy to accept feedback in one of the following forms:
- Good Great job Bjorn, you rock!
- Pretty-good As PC member for category X, please reorder
my category's talks A and B
- Reasonable As PC member for category X, please schedule
my newly accepted long/curated talk A into the blank spot at day Y,
time Z.
- Not-so-good As PC member for category X, I want you to
exchange my talk A with somebody else's talk B. The PC member for talk
B (category Y) agrees with this swap.
- Bad Talks A and B on day X, time Y have the same speaker
I tried to keep categories sequential and definitely without horizontal
conflicts. Other than that, oof, it's a hard task.
