Hi Wayne.
All of Andrew's contributions have been made in a fully transparent manner at the project, and are therefore a public record of his merit.
- a quick look on Slack I see over 5k messages in the adoptium workspace (https://adoptium.slack.net)
- over 400 GitHub contributions (https://github.com/search?q=user%3Aadoptium+author%3Aandrew-m-leonard&type=commits)
- his blog on the work he did for reproducible builds (https://blog.adoptium.net/author/andrewleonard)
- he has personally opened 689 issues (https://github.com/search?q=user%3Aadoptium+author%3Aandrew-m-leonard&type=Issues)
- he is a Temurin committer and AQAvit committer, and the go-to person for OpenJDK sync, Temurin build, and Jenkins issues.
The existing PMC rate his contributions highly and have unanimously voted to ask he be appointed to the PMC.
