Subject	ATF provisioning

Craig,
 
I asked Bjorn about the ATF provisioning status, and he responded with, “well, did you fill out all the paperwork”? So before I ask again, let me verify that you have:

• Submitted the provisioning phase paperwork
• Submitted a contribution questionnaire for the initial code drop, and informed Janet of the Bugzilla URL containing your initial code drop via email
• Submitted the initial committer form (type “B”) for *each* initial committer on ATF, and then have each of them fill out the member committer questionnaire

I’m happy to help with any of this that’s unclear or confusing, and to request an ETA from the EMO for completion of provisioning once we verify all the paperwork is on file.
 
After this, filing your taxes will be a comparative pleasure.
