You opened https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=424092 "Enable Gerrit for webtools.releng repositories", which was done on Oct. 15, 2015. As such, webtools.releng.aggregator is using Gerrit. (Almost all WTP repositories are using Gerrit now- the last ones will be converted soon.)

I forgot about it and had a (wrong) look at the project list on Gerrit... I've checked again more carefully and could finally see this repository https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/admin/projects/webtools/webtools.releng.aggregator . Sorry about it, and thank you for the reminder!
