[wtp-dev] Released changes for a package rename in validation plugin

I released changes in the following
plugins for a package rename  org.eclispe.wst.validation.internal.core
-> org.eclipse.wst.validation.internal.core due to a typo in eclipse.
Please react to this change if i have missed any pluigin that references
classes from this package.
