Given that CVS will be down over the
weekend I'd like to postpone the 'common' renaming until Tuesday next week
(Nov 16th) around 11:00 PM EST.   As previously stated well check
out all of the CVS content before renaming the plugins to ensure downstream
components are updated.   We'll also provide an ANT script in case
anyone has code that has yet to be checked into CVS to help migrate your
code to the new package names.  I'll be sure to send refrain-checkin
/resume-checkin notes before and after.   The process should take
less than an hour.

I'll be renaming the following plugins to add component name 'common' after
'wst'.

-wst
      - common
            - org.eclipse.wst.contentmodel
            - org.eclipse.wst.encoding
            - org.eclipse.wst.ui
            - org.eclipse.wst.ui.properties
            - org.eclipse.wst.uriresolver
            - org.eclipse.wst.validation.core

Since people are busy committing migrated code at this moment, I propose
to
do renaming on Friday night/weekend.  Just before doing that I'll
send a
note, so we don't have conflicting commits.  I'll check out all the
code,
fix it and then ask Craig Salter to review and commit.   Please let
me know
if there are any concerns with this plan.
