The validation framework is being moved
into a separate validation component. The org.eclipse.wst.validation.core
plugin should be moved before Friday.

I'll be renaming the following plugins to add component name 'common' after
'wst'.

-wst
      - common
            - org.eclipse.wst.contentmodel
            - org.eclipse.wst.encoding
            - org.eclipse.wst.ui
            - org.eclipse.wst.ui.properties
            - org.eclipse.wst.uriresolver
            - org.eclipse.wst.validation.core

Since people are busy committing migrated code at this moment, I propose
to
do renaming on Friday night/weekend.  Just before doing that I'll
send a
note, so we don't have conflicting commits.  I'll check out all the
code,
fix it and then ask Craig Salter to review and commit.   Please let
me know
if there are any concerns with this plan.
