[upr-dev] Git repository changed

I was informed by the Eclipse webmasters, that we were using the wrong Git repository for our code. I copied the repository to the correct location, which is:
ssh:// git.eclipse.org/gitroot/upr/upr.git

 

Please use this repository from now on.
