[udig-devel] Simplified NSIS installer creation

Hi Emily:

I had a go at creating an NSIS installer - and removed some of the manual steps:
- http://udig.refractions.net/confluence/display/ADMIN/Create+an+installer

Basically there is now a udig directory in deploy\installer\udig which
you unzip your zip release into; and then compile right from your svn
checkout.

Hopefully this saves time.
