[tycho-user] Problems with Reproducible Version Qualifiers.

I've been trying to make use of the new reproducible version qualifiers
as described in here I've added the listed chunk of pom into my parent pom (and updated the url).

However I see lots of  "No baseline version MavenProject: xxxxxxx" in my log files. I've pointed my base line repository to the output of a previous build copied to another place on the file system and I still get this message. Is there any other configuration required other than adding the wiki page configuration to my parent pom?

I've tried using the default timestamp (i.e. build timestamp) and a timestamp provider (time base on last commit) but there is no difference in behaviour. Can someone confirm my understanding that  identical builds resulting in a different build timestamps would use the baseline version?
