Your are right in the sense that tinydtls is not ready for
production. That is what "alpha state" means. The comment "You might
want to change prng() to use a better PRNG on your specific platform."
in prng.h is there for a reason...

Anyway, I appreciate that you have picked up this topic to improve this
aspect of tinydtls.
