Can you point to an active service the project is providing that is still operational? Assuming it was
https://babel.eclipse.org/ and ran on a v-server, such server was terminated in 2024 without a replacement. I believe the infrastructure was shut down affectively in 2024.
Please note that I do emphasize with this being a big loss. However, a termination is not a deletion. It can be undone when someone steps up and is willing to do the work. That doesn't require us doing a full stop here and wait. If it's viable it should be resumed in an active project.
