Dear Technology PMC and EE4J PMC,

I propose moving Eclipse JNoSQL from the Eclipse Technology Top-Level Project to EE4J.

This transition has been discussed previously within the JNoSQL community:

The rationale is clear: JNoSQL is now closely aligned with the Jakarta ecosystem. It implements Jakarta NoSQL, supports Jakarta Data, and is integrated with Eclipse GlassFish as part of Jakarta EE 11 Jakarta Data support.

A separate discussion is in progress about graduating Eclipse JNoSQL from incubation. I intend to keep both processes independent, while keeping both PMCs informed about the overall transition.

If there are no objections within two weeks, we will move Eclipse JNoSQL from Technology to EE4J.
