Dear PMC,


As part of the Eclipse JNoSQL 2026.09 review, we plan to move Eclipse JNoSQL out of incubation.
Eclipse JNoSQL has been an Eclipse project since 2017 and is now mature, with regular releases, an active community, established governance, and ongoing adoption in the Enterprise Java ecosystem.
The project is increasingly integrated with the Jakarta EE ecosystem. JNoSQL is the compatible implementation of Jakarta NoSQL, supports Jakarta Data, and since Jakarta EE 11, has been included in Eclipse GlassFish as part of Jakarta Data support.
Given the project's maturity, established development practices, and its role in the Jakarta ecosystem, we believe Eclipse JNoSQL is ready to graduate from incubation.

We appreciate the PMC's support in completing the graduation process.
