Re: [technology-pmc] PMC Approval required for Committer Election for Alin Dreghiciu on Eclipse Sisu

Hi Gunnar,

Since the project was donated to Eclipse, I think there are none of
such contributions -- as you already pointed out.

Given he is mentioned as "historical committer" on the project's
"Who's involved" page, and his expressed intent to engage himself, I
assumed this is an okay thing to do.

Otherwise, I need to apologize, as then it was obviously my mistake to
raise this vote at all, and sorry for that.
