I think this is fine in general.
However, I am having trouble to identify relevant commits/contributions the nominee has done to Eclipse Sisu.
If he contributed in the past I would expect his name to show up here:
Can you provide the PMC a link to his statement that he is willing to be a committer again and a list of contributions?
In the future, please ensure those links appear on the nomination record. Appreciate it.
