Hey folks. I've taken another rev over the document to include some
bullets to describe what needs to happen. Can you take a look at the
section for your project and make sure that the same sort of information
is captured?

Can you please also add in the information about build stuff that needs
to be undone for the projects being archived?

AFAIK, newsgroups and mailing lists cannot be moved. You can either
leave them as they sit or can ask that they archived and new ones
created. There is precedent for projects to retain their newsgroups and
mailing lists despite names tying them to an older TLP (Equinox comes to
mind). If your project is moving, you get to make the decision.

Please update the Wiki document directly.

Come to think of it... I completely forgot about Bugzilla... I'll update
those sections that I've taken responsibility for...
