As a project lead with little background knowledge of the eclipse
foundation, the transparency of this list has helped me a lot in
getting a better idea of the pmc andits responsabilities. It also
allowed me to participate in conversations that I would otherwise have
missed.
This said, we (PLs) could probably live without receiving the
automated messages.

list as the PMC uses it for all communication amongst its members.

The technology-pmc list will remain as it is. It will be primarily
for communication between PMC members and for others to pose

PMC and the various technology projects. We would require that each
