[swtchart-dev] Export bundles

Hi folks,

I have splitted the bundle "org.eclipse.swtchart.export" into two bundles:

org.eclipse.swtchart.export
org.eclipse.swtchart.export.extended

The basic version contains export converter, that require no further 
dependencies. The "extended" bundle contains additional export options, 
like the SVG converter, which requires Apache Batik, AWT and so on. It 
reduces the footprint if one only needs the basic export options.
