[sumo-user] Error in loading sumocfg

Hello :
I am trying to open the sumocfg, but it shows some error messages as followings,

Error: expected end of tag 'route-files'
Error: (At line/column 6/7)

Error: Cound not load configuration 'C:\SUMO\network.sumocfg'

Quitting (on error)

My taz.xml and datamodel file (O-D information) are from the NETETIT

I used od2trips based on tazrelation files to get trips data and converts this trip data into rou.xml by duarouter. 

Above two transimiation are successful, but there is an errror in loading my sumocfg.

How could I fix this problem, thanks
