[sumo-dev] Repository changes and migration

Dear SUMO developers,
on Tuesday, 10th of April we will do the next step in becoming a full
member of the Eclipse community in moving our repository from
https://github.com/DLR-TS/sumo to https://github.com/eclipse/sumo.
While redirects will be put in place, unfortunately this also involves
some history rewriting and a cleanup of the project history, so your
forks will become invalid. The easiest way to refer to the new repo is
of course to do a new fork. If this is not an option please try the
method mentioned here: https://wiki.eclipse.org/GitHub#Forked_repositories
All issues will also be moved to the new location (with redirects in place).
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
