[stp-dev] project refactoring for STP SCA

Today, the SCA part of STP has project named org.eclipse.stp.sca.modeler.*

We want to remove the .modeler name of these 4 projects (because editor, 
edit, metamodel aren't specific to modeler, and because GMF convention 
is to use .diagram name for graphical part).

SCA project will be direclty named : org.eclipse.stp.sca.*
