It looks like an environment problem: the documentation assumes that you
have a .svcrc file containing your password when you run the tsvcadmin
command. Try adding the --password option when you run tsvcadmin. Once
I do this, the remote tests work. If this also fixes it for you, I'll
change the documentation.
