[stellation-res] 2002-12-09 current build

I just did new current build to incorporate all the documentation
changes from today. I don't think any of the code changed.

By the way, here's how current builds now done, starting
from empty directory:

  cvs checkout -P org.eclipse.stellation
  cd org.eclipse.stellation
  ant -f current.xml current
  cd downloads/current
  cvs add *2002-12-09*
  cvs commit
